Thành Đạt is the main logistics provider for Honda in the spare parts distribution project, delivering to all Head dealers nationwide. Transportation costs are standardized and lead time is controlled for each Head, helping customers easily manage both costs and delivery schedules.

Implementation Process:

• Previously, customers needed to invest in warehouses to store finished goods after production, then deliver them upon receiving orders. With the Dropshipment model, Thành Đạt proactively plans to move goods to its regional distribution centers in the North, Central, and South. Once the buyer sends an order to Thành Đạt’s client, Thành Đạt consolidates shipments and delivers efficiently.
