Milkrun Project (Just-in-Time Delivery)

Thành Đạt has over 10 years of experience operating Milkrun systems. To date, we have helped YAMAHA eliminate inventory of components and spare parts at the pre-production stage while still ensuring production line continuity.

Implementation Process:

• Instead of each supplier using separate vehicles to deliver parts to the factory’s production line, Thành Đạt uses one truck to collect parts from multiple suppliers and deliver them directly to the production line — ensuring the right quantity, correct item codes, and on-time delivery.
• This process eliminates the need for inventory at the factory, as only the required quantity is delivered exactly when needed for production.
